This soap doesn't smell like beer, but it is made with beer! The sugars from beer give an excellent lather boost!
What kind of tobacco are we talking? I know maybe you imagined an acrid burning smell, but that is not what is going on here at all! It's the lovely, sweet smell of dried tobacco leaf, just like grandpa used to pack a pipe with. Don't have a pipe smoking grandpa? Think rich, earthy and sweet leafy smells.
